Subject:  FSUN Board of Directors Nominations for 2010

Each year the FSUN Board of Directors holds an election to fill positions vacated by outgoing Board members. This year we have four 2-year term elected positions. We will also be appointing 3-4 Board members. We would like representatives from different campuses and from all user levels and EFS system roles/responsibilities, including Departments, Collegiate Units and clusters.

With the implementation of the Enterprise Financial System (EFS), the FSUN Board seeks to continue its role of providing users with a communication link to management, Business Process Owners and decisions makers. Input from the FSUN Board has been invaluable and FSUN’s “networking” is important to the success of the any financial system, especially in the first few years.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the FSUN Board, finding it rewarding and informative. Both the interaction with other members and the opportunity for input on the future direction and enhancements to the University’s financial systems have been invaluable. We strongly encourage FSUN members to consider running for the open Board positions. Each nominee needs to complete the attached application.
