Financial Systems Support (FSS) is part of the Controller's Office and is responsible for serving the needs of the providers and users of automated financial data. FSS is committed to providing leadership in the evolution of an automated financial management system that is reliable, cost-effective, and easy to use. In order for providers and users of financial data to make effective business decisions, FSS recognizes the need to deliver:

Who to Contact in FSS

University Financial Helpline

The University Financial Helpline is your first call for issues concerning the financial system, or any financial transaction at the University. We have a thorough knowledge of accounting, and can help callers with document or transaction problems, wrong vendor payments, under/over-payments, overall questions about the system, completing paper documents, getting copies of access contracts or request packets, reading reports, reprinting reports, general questions about how the system works, etc.

Business Analyst (BA)

Contact the University Financial Helpline to put you in touch with a business analyst if you need assistance with a project, want to request a new interface to the financial system, need assistance with departmental procedures with relation to the financial system, have a major problem with reports, etc. Calls to the helpline are sometimes referred to a business analyst for more in-depth investigation, problem resolution, etc.
