Welcome from the Sponsors

The replacement of the University’s current financial system with PeopleSoft is top-of-mind for all of us involved in the project. Employees working in the financial areas throughout the University have a particularly keen interest in the project’s progress because the new system will change how they do their jobs. This Web site is intended to provide the latest information on the project’s activities and progress.

As the University moves forward on strategic positioning, the new financial system will play an integral role in improvements in administrative services. An effective and efficient financial system is critical to our ability to continue to conduct University business. Financial employees will have new and improved tools to do their jobs and our customers will receive improved service.

We hope that we can count on the continued enthusiastic support and involvement employees have shown thus far in the Enterprise Financial System project. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

Sincerely,

Mike Volna
Associate Vice President and Controller

Steve Cawley
Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer
