System Highlights

The new financial system will change and improve the way the University does business. All the EFS modules to be implemented in July 2008 will include baseline functionality. In some modules, additional enhancements will be included at go-live. Subsequent enhancements and continuous improvement to all Enterprise applications will be made as part of the normal business of running an Enterprise system.

The EFS project has developed strategies for reporting and for workflow and approvals. Integration strategies between the financial system and the student and Human Resource Management System are also being developed.
